| Shipping Policy: |
|
Most in-stock items will ship within 48 hours of placing an order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. All US orders, excluding gift cards, will have a standard shipping rate of $4.95. Orders are shipped ground and should take 2-5 days for shipping. There are no shipping costs for gift cards.

| Returns/Exchanges: |

Damaged or defective items may be returned for a full refund or replacement. Apparel in its original state that has not been washed or worn may be exchanged for different sizes, colors or a gift card. All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of purchase. You must include the original invoice and indicate the actions to be taken on the invoice. You are responsible for return postage. When we receive returned garments we will immediately process a new order for you and ship new items at our expense. When we receive damaged items with a refund requested, we will credit your account for the value of the item(s) returned once processing is completed (usually 3-6 business days after receipt).
